Words according to Caroline

Caroline has been very chatty lately. I thought i would share her pronunciation of some of her favorite words:

Ga-Goo = Gator
Cheeeeese = cheese (she says this when she sees a camera)
Ah-ee = Allie (our dog)
Miss-mas = Christmas
Pees = Please
Pish = fish, as in goldfish, the cracker
do duke = Let's go Duke
she also says banana, but she sticks her tongue out when she says it. It is hilarious!

Of course she has many more words that she says but I don't have time to share them all with you. Hope you all had a great holiday. We will post more soon.

Daddy on TV

Jake is in Argentina working at the Davis Cup final between Spain and Argentina. I showed Caroline the recording of him on tv and she was so excited to see him. She kept saying Daddy...Daddy! After I showed it to her 4 times I decided to get the camera out and film it.

Church

Its church time again. Our annual church service was November 16th outside of Gainesville. Caroline and our nephews Will and Walker had a good time playing outside the church. As always, it was great to see everyone!

Halloween

Caroline's class had a Halloween party and the parents were invited. Most of the kids were dressed up and they were all adorable.

Our Big Saturday

We had a big day on Saturday.

It started off with us making pancakes. Caroline helped me stir the batter and she had so much fun.


Next we went to the pumpkin patch and picked out a pumpkin for our house. Jake picked out a great pumpkin right away.

After Caroline's nap, we went to the park near our house. The weather was nice and the playground had a many things for Caroline to do. Her favorite thing was to go down the big slide. Jake and I cannot believe that she is growing up so fast! Check out the video below. After the park we came home and had a pizza picnic in the living room.

15 Month Update

Caroline went to the doctor on Monday for her 15 month update. She received 3 shots and was not so happy about that.

She was right in the middle of every chart that they measured her for. Here are her stats:

Weight: 23lbs 10 oz

Height: 31 inches

Head 46 cm

St. George Island

We went to St. George Island to visit Kate and Ed. Pete, Brenda, Vicki, Zach, and Griffin were there too. We had a fun time with them at the beach and we cannot wait to go back, especially when it is a little warmer.

Weekend in Alabama

Caroline went to spend the weekend at my sister's house in Alabama while Jake and I went to Gulf Shores to meet some friends. They went to a pumpkin patch and had a ton of fun.

Breast Cancer Walk

This year we raised over $600 for the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. Thanks everyone for your support!
